〔自由時報記者盧冠誠／台北報導〕國際熱錢近來湧入台灣，中央銀行是否祭出金檢打擊炒匯？央行副總裁楊金龍昨晚不承認、也不否認，間接透露已啟動大規模金檢，驅趕熱錢投入股市。

楊金龍強調，中國近期就對capital flow（資本流動）進行管制，央行會密切注意熱錢動態，資金匯入須依申報用途投入股市。

國際熱錢不顧經濟基本面不佳的事實，持續湧入台灣在內的亞洲新興市場，新台幣匯率昨續呈強勁升值走勢，早盤最高勁揚一．五九角到二十九．三四一元價位，市場估計，近兩個交易日，外資合計匯入超過十億美元。

但盤中傳出南韓意外降息，加上越來越多國家進場打擊熱錢，部分外商銀行怕掃到颱風尾，提前回補美元空單、獲利了結，使得新台幣升幅收斂，央行尾盤再進場狠踹「一角」，終場由升轉貶一分，以二十九．五一元兌一美元作收，台北及元太外匯經紀公司總成交量為十四．一六億美元。

楊金龍表示，央行維持新台幣動態穩定具有「宣示效果」，但動態穩定不代表固定某一特定價格，匯率將有升有貶，並跟鄰國走勢差不多，台灣為小型且高度開放的經濟體，動態穩定有助於外貿發展。

匯銀主管認為，央行所指「鄰國」，幾乎就是指南韓，新台幣將持續與韓元走勢亦步亦趨，央行也會控制新台幣升幅低於韓元。
